EVENT SCHEDULE

PARKING
Parking and Shuttle Bus - stay tuned
Shuttles will run:
Friday night and Saturday.
We are asking teams and volunteers to give themselves time to park at York St. get on the shuttle and get to the site in time for your game. It should only take about 10 minutes to complete the shuttle.
York/Paris Street Parking Lots
Parking will be available in these two lots, free of charge.
Please note: parking lots are unattended
We kindly ask that you NOT park on the lake so that we can retain the integrity of the ice!
EATS ON THE ICE
There will be plenty to eat and enjoy. Check back for food updates closer to the event date.
FIRST AID
St-John Ambulance will be onsite for the duration of the tournament, located in the Northern Water Sports Centre.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Contact the Clarion and Lexington hotel to receive the Pond Hockey rates of $99 per night.

IS YOUR EVENT SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES?
Our Festival will have fun activities planned for all ages. For specifics on the divisions of play we offer please check out our team registration section.
WHEN IS THE LAST DAY I CAN REGISTER?
The registration deadline teams to register for our 2024 Festival is January 15th or when capacity is reached.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Winter weather can certainly be unpredictable. In the event we are unable to run our Festival teams will be offered a full refund of their entry fees.
WHAT DIVISION SHOULD I PLAY IN?
